1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services provided by SC Fit Plus Plus SRL, registered in Romania (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing an eSIM product from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Product Description

We provide digital eSIM data plans that allow users to access mobile data services in supported countries. The eSIM is delivered electronically and requires a compatible device.


3. Device Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their device:

  • Supports eSIM technology

  • Is unlocked from any carrier restrictions

  • Is compatible with the selected destination network

We are not responsible for incompatibility issues.


4. Delivery

  • All eSIM products are delivered digitally via email

  • Delivery is typically instant after successful payment

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours


5. Activation and Usage

  • Activation instructions are provided after purchase

  • The validity period starts upon activation or first network use (depending on the plan)

  • Data speed and coverage depend on local network providers


6. No Refund Policy (Digital Product)

Due to the nature of digital goods:

  • All sales are final once the eSIM has been delivered

  • No refunds will be issued after delivery

  • No refunds for incorrect purchases, device incompatibility, or unused data


7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

By purchasing our digital product, you expressly agree to:

  • Immediate delivery of digital content

  • Waive your right of withdrawal (14-day cancellation right) under EU law once the service has begun


8. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT (if applicable)

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice


9. Payment

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details.


10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Network quality depends on third-party telecom providers.


11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Network disruptions

  • Device incompatibility

  • Incorrect installation by the user

  • Loss of data or business interruption


12. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

iPhone (Apple) Mobile

Option 1 — Install by direct link

  1. Open the installation link on your iPhone.
  2. Your iPhone should open the eSIM installation screen automatically.
  3. Tap Allow or Continue if prompted.
  4. Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions until installation is completed.
  6. Once installed, go to SettingsMobile Data (or Cellular).
  7. Select the new eSIM and make sure it is turned on.
  8. When you arrive at your destination, set this eSIM as the one used for mobile data if needed.

Note: Please check phone in supported models

Option 2 — Install by QR code

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Mobile Data or Cellular.
  3. Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.
  4. Choose Use QR Code.
  5. Scan the QR code you received.
  6. Wait for the eSIM information to load.
  7. Tap Continue and then Add eSIM
  8. Follow the remaining steps on screen.
  9. After installation, check under SettingsMobile Data that the eSIM is active.

If you cannot scan the QR code on the same phone:
Open the QR code on another device, such as a laptop, tablet, or second phone, and then scan it with the phone where you want to install the eSIM.

Option 3 — Manual installation

Use this method if:

  • the QR code does not work
  • the direct link does not open
  • your phone asks for manual activation details

You will need:

  • SM-DP+ Address
  • Activation Code

Steps:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Mobile Data or Cellular.
  3. Tap Add eSIM.
  4. Choose Use QR Code if shown.
  5. Then select Enter Details Manually
  6. In SM-DP+ Address, enter the address exactly as provided.
  7. In Activation Code, enter the code exactly as provided.
  8. Tap Next or Continue.
  9. Wait while the eSIM is downloaded.
  10. Tap Add Cellular Plan or Done when completed.
  11. Check under SettingsMobile Data that the eSIM is active.

Android Mobile

Option 1 — Install by direct link

  1. Open the installation link on your Android phone.
  2. If your phone supports direct eSIM links, it should open the installation screen automatically.
  3. Tap Continue or Add eSIM.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete installation.
  5. After installation, go to SettingsNetwork & Internet, Connections, or SIM Manager.
  6. Open your eSIM settings and make sure the new eSIM is enabled.
  7. When needed, set it as the preferred SIM for mobile data.

Note: Some Android phones do not support direct installation links. If nothing opens, use the QR code or manual activation method below

Option 2 — Install by QR code

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Network & Internet, Connections, or SIM Manager depending on your phone.
  3. Tap Add eSIM, Add mobile plan, or Download SIM.
  4. Choose Scan QR code.
  5. Scan the QR code you received.
  6. Wait for the phone to detect the eSIM profile.
  7. Tap Download, Add, or Continue.
  8. Follow the steps until installation is complete.
  9. Make sure the eSIM is enabled for mobile data after installation.

If you cannot scan the QR code on the same phone:
Open the QR code on another device, such as a laptop, tablet, or second phone, and then scan it with the phone where you want to install the eSIM.

Option 3 — Manual installation

Use this method if:

  • the QR code does not work
  • the direct link does not open
  • your phone asks for manual activation details

You will need:

  • SM-DP+ Address
  • Activation Code

Steps:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Network & Internet, Connections, or SIM Manager.
  3. Tap Add eSIM or Add mobile plan.
  4. Look for Enter code manually, Need help?, or Enter activation details manually.
  5. Enter the SM-DP+ Address exactly as provided.
  6. Enter the Activation Code exactly as provided.
  7. Tap Continue, Download, or Activate
  8. Wait while the eSIM profile is downloaded.
  9. When installation is complete, enable the new eSIM.
  10. Set it as the data SIM when needed.
