  • Most eSIMs are delivered instantly after payment

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours


3. Delivery Method

Customers will receive:

  • eSIM QR code

  • Activation instructions

  • Installation guide

via email.

4. Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide a valid email address

  • Check spam/junk folder

  • Follow installation instructions


5. Failed Delivery

If you do not receive your eSIM:

  • Contact support immediately

  • We will resend your eSIM
