Refund policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on this website are digital eSIM services delivered electronically. Once the eSIM is issued, it cannot be returned, revoked, or reused.


2. No Refund After Delivery

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued once the eSIM has been delivered

  • Delivery is considered completed once the eSIM QR code or activation details are sent to the customer


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Device is not eSIM compatible

  • Device is locked to a carrier

  • Incorrect purchase (wrong country, wrong plan, etc.)

  • eSIM not used or partially used

  • Change of travel plans

  • User did not follow installation instructions


4. Exceptions (Limited Cases)

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The eSIM was not delivered

  • The eSIM is defective and confirmed by our technical team

  • The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time

6. Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The refund will be made to the original payment method
